I am a native user of Irish and British Sign Language.

A highly qualified teacher of BSL, with 15 years of experience, I deliver Level 1 to Level 6 lessons, face to face and online. I have a special passion for the linguistics, culture and history of sign languages.

For over ten years I have also taught in Higher Education, delivering BSL Stage 1 and Stage 2 to undergraduate and postgraduate students as part of the Global Graduate Award Program, at the University of Surrey.

As Director of Dot Sign Language Ltd, I encourage young children to understand Deaf culture and learn BSL, in schools and youth groups. Also, at the other end of the spectrum, I am committed to the spread of Deaf Awareness training within large and small, public and private organisations.
