Fully qualified British Sign Language (BSL) Tutor with over 15 years of teaching experience.

Qualified to teach BSL Levels 1, 2 and 3.
Holder of the CACDP Certificate Level 4 in British Sign Language (now recognised as equivalent to BSL Level 6).

Awarded a Certificate in Linguistics and Introduction to Sociolinguistics of British Sign Language from Queen's University Belfast.

Awarded a Certificate in Teaching (Sign Language) with Commendation from Ulster University (2014–2015).

Awarded a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (Further Education) with Commendation from Ulster University (2015–2016).

Extensive experience teaching learners from a wide range of backgrounds and abilities.

Strong understanding of BSL linguistics, Deaf culture, and effective communication between Deaf and hearing communities.

Committed to delivering engaging, inclusive, and learner-centred teaching.
Passionate about supporting learners to develop confidence, fluency, and practical communication skills in British Sign Language.
